Ahmad ist BIM-Manager für Großprojekte und Bauingenieur mit 17 Jahren Erfahrung als Leitstelle der BIM-Abteilung. Er steuert die BIM-Prozesse von der Erstellung der AIA und BAP über die CDE-Kontrolle bis zur Qualitätssicherung. Als Tragwerksplaner berechnet und bemisst er Stahl-, Stahlbeton- und Holzbauten nach Eurocode/DIN – modellintegriert und prüffähig. Er ist Mitglied der Baukammer Berlin und zertifiziert in PMP, iTWO 5D und FEM.

Ahmad is a BIM manager for major projects and a civil engineer with 17 years of experience leading the BIM department. He steers the BIM processes — from drafting the EIR and BEP to CDE control and quality assurance. As a structural engineer he calculates and designs steel, reinforced-concrete and timber structures to Eurocode/DIN, fully model-integrated and verifiable. He is a member of the Baukammer Berlin and certified in PMP, iTWO 5D and FEM.

Yaseen ist Senior BIM-Koordinator und BIM-Architekt mit Schwerpunkt auf komplexen Bahnhofs-, Gesundheits- und Bildungsprojekten. Er ist Spezialist für die fachübergreifende Koordination föderierter Modelle und die Implementierung von ISO 19650. In Bahnhofsprojekten der Deutschen Bahn verantwortete er die BIM-Gesamtkoordination über sechs und mehr Fachbereiche und löste systematisch über 1.500 Kollisionen auf. Ergänzend bringt er Erfahrung in Scan-to-BIM (Point Cloud / Faro) sowie in BIM-Schulungen mit messbarem Produktivitätsgewinn mit.

Yaseen is a senior BIM coordinator and BIM architect focused on complex railway-station, healthcare and education projects. He specializes in the cross-disciplinary coordination of federated models and the implementation of ISO 19650. On Deutsche Bahn station projects he led the overall BIM coordination across six or more disciplines and systematically resolved more than 1,500 clashes. He also brings experience in Scan-to-BIM (point cloud / Faro) and in BIM training with measurable productivity gains.
